this is a photograph of Arthur William Ellis's wedding. (Arthur is the grandson of Philip Reen and Emma Elsey) Ernest, Brian Ellis grandfather, is standing next to Lily Violet Merritt at the back far right who would become his wife a year or two later. Next to Lily is her sister May Edith who would become Percy Ellis' (Lavinia's youngest son) second wife, and next to May is (I believe) their mother Sarah Jane (nee Garbutt)many thanks to Brian Ellis for allowing us to use this photograph
