Many thanks to Joyce for this picture of Frances Candy (Cotgrove)at the grave side in Breamore Church grave stone records Alexander Candy as dieing on the 26th December 1915 and Frances on the 12th March 1929 the note on the grave is In loving memory of Our Dear Father Alexander Candy who fell a sleep on the Dec 26th 1915 aged 57 years "Forever with the Lord" Also of Frances Wife of the above who died March 12th 1929 aged 73 years below this is a note on Charles Candy which reads Also in Memory of Charles Son of the above Killed in Action in France May 4th 1917 aged 20 years
